Job Summary
Provide direct clinical care to children with low and high acuity needs, including feeding tube management and tracheostomy/ventilator support, in private home settings within Palmyra. Perform daily patient assessments, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring while maintaining electronic documentation via tablet devices. Ensure patient safety through CPR certification and TB testing compliance, utilizing reliable transportation for all visits. Work flexible day, evening, or weekend shifts with some Saturday coverage, supporting families through compassionate homecare delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
