Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults across the nation, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for every patient. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation using tablets provided in each patient's home while adhering to all health-related requirements and testing protocols. This role offers flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
