Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private homes for children and adults, utilizing electronic documentation tablets for accurate tracking. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on components while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare delivery. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation for all patient visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local clinical support available. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
