Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to toddlers with low acuity, focusing on feeding tube management and CPAP support in home settings. Maintain accurate electronic documentation via tablet devices while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Adhere to a night shift schedule running from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Possess reliable transportation and a current TB skin test within the last 12 months. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
