Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to children with low acuity, including feeding tube management and seizure monitoring, in private home settings. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
