Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete a current TB skin test within the last 12 months. Ensure reliable transportation and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends using electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient's home. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
