Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private residences, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and keep current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via tablet devices while adhering to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and TB testing. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
