Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Job Summary
Provide in-home private duty nursing to pediatric and adult patients as an LPN/LVN. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, comply with CPR and TB testing requirements, and complete in-home documentation via a tablet. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, or PRN with day, night, and weekend shifts. Opportunities for skill advancement and paid training, with weekly or daily pay and support from local clinical staff. Travel to patient homes is a typical aspect of the role, with emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to regulatory requirements. Must have reliable transportation and meet state-specific licensure requirements; compact licenses may need transfer within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state where practice occurs
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
