Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in private residences, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via tablet devices while adhering to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing as needed. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support available. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
