Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for adult patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in the Richmond City area. Attend school with patients to ensure safe clinical outcomes while maintaining active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state. Complete electronic documentation via tablet and adhere to strict infection control protocols including current TB skin testing and CPR certification. Deliver compassionate homecare services Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, requiring reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
