Job Summary
Private Duty LPN/LVN role providing home-based nursing to adults with Trach/Vent. Requires an active LPN/LVN license in the practice state and current CPR; TB test; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred. Responsibilities include delivering in-home private duty care, coordinating care for adult patients with trach/vent, using a tablet for electronic documentation, and offering flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends) with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN. Required Qualifications
