Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for adult patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in the Richmond City area. Attend school with patients to ensure safe clinical outcomes while maintaining active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification. Manage electronic documentation via tablet and coordinate with 24/7 local support clinicians for comprehensive homecare delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact license transferable to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
