Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Monitor patient conditions, document care provided, and assist with activities of daily living, range of motion exercises, and safe lifting and transferring. Provide skilled care for patients using Trilogy ventilators, tracheostomies, and other equipment while communicating promptly with the scheduling team regarding patient needs and updates. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to help them achieve the highest quality of life. Requires current NC or Compact State nursing license, familiarity with home skilled nursing needs, and experience with ventilators, g-tubes, and tracheostomies (or willingness to train).
