Job Summary
Oversee all operational aspects of the Private Duty Home Care agency, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining accurate patient care documentation. Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of home care staff while managing patient care services to ensure high client satisfaction. Develop strategic plans to support business growth and coordinate with marketing to enhance community outreach and referral sources. Provide hands-on patient care when necessary. This role requires a minimum of two years of Home Health Care Leadership experience and a current Registered Nurse license or equivalent clinical background.
