Job Summary
Conduct personal care and hygiene assistance, manage light housekeeping, and encourage clients to meet exercise goals. Prompt clients to take prescribed medications, assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation, and support mobility and ambulation from home to doctor visits. Act quickly during medical emergencies by reporting health changes and unusual circumstances. Maintain excellent time management and communication skills while passing background checks and drug screens. Prioritize First Aid and emergency response training. Work flexible full-time or part-time shifts across Central Texas locations with immediate start availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response
- Willingness to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards
