Job Summary
Private Duty Caregiver to provide in-home health aide services per the Plan of Care, including monitoring patient condition, ADLs assistance, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, light housekeeping, on-call support, EMR documentation, and family education. Requires HHA/CNA certification, CPR, valid driver’s license, and 1+ year experience; excellent communication, hygiene, assessment skills, and adherence to regulatory standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Home Health Aide Certificate or other similar certification from an accredited training course that meets standards established by Health and Human Services
- Minimum of one year (1+) of experience as a home health aide or CNA
- Strong English language both written and verbal
- Active CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance
