Job Summary
Follow a written plan of care to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults and seniors, helping them stay safe and independent at home. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while managing meal preparation, light housekeeping, and range of motion exercises. Support mobility through ambulation assistance and transfers using mechanical lifting devices, and provide medication reminders. Maintain close relationships with clients across locations in Tampa, Carrollwood, Brandon, Sun City Center, Riverview, and Plant City. Requires current HHA certificate, CNA license, or one year of hands-on caregiver experience, plus BLS CPR certification and Level II background check. Weekly pay ranges from $17 to $18 per hour with flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year work experience
- Current HHA - Home Health Aide certificate (at least 40-hour course) OR CNA License OR 1-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- BLS Certified CPR (must be American Red Cross, American Heart Association, HSI, or American Healthcare Academy)
- Level II Background Check
