Private Duty Care Nurse - LPN / RN

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and care for wounds and personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role requires a current unrestricted RN or LPN license, CPR/AED/BLS certification, and reliable transportation. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available with competitive pay, daily pay options, and no overtime required. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
Desired Qualifications
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience
