Job Summary
Conduct personal care services, household support, and companion care for adults to help them stay safe and independent at home. Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse while assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting. Provide meal preparation, range of motion exercises, and medication reminders. Support ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices as assigned. Serve patients in Luzerne and Lackawanna counties with the ability to travel to clients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
