Job Summary
Private Dining Server for in-room guest service at The Surrey, A Corinthia Hotel. Responsibilities include in-room delivery, setup and service, taking and verifying orders, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth delivery, maintaining high standards of customer care, and understanding the in-room dining flow to anticipate guest needs. Must have experience in a luxury hospitality environment (5* property), familiarity with Forbes 5* standards, and knowledge of property management systems. English fluency required; additional language skills are an advantage. Knowledge of wines, spirits, food, and health & safety are essential.
