Job Summary
The Private Dining Chef will be responsible for ensuring resort culinary standards are exceeded, overseeing food preparation and storage management, and fostering relationships with local farms and suppliers. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a senior culinary leadership role
- Ability to prioritize and make effective decisions
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems in high-pressure situations
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
Additional Requirements
- Work long hours including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Physical demands including lifting 50-100 lbs and working in a hot kitchen
