Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics across a diverse collection of vehicles and equipment, including engine builds, custom fabrication, and alternative-fuel systems. Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, maintain high mechanical and cosmetic standards, and manage records and documentation. Execute project planning, budgeting, and execution for engine swaps, fuel system design, and workshop development initiatives. Recommend tools and equipment purchases, organize shop layout and workflow, and manage parts inventory to support long-term workshop growth.
