Job Summary
Private Client Specialist II focused on high-net-worth client relationships in TD Wealth. Acts as a dual role: a junior Relationship Manager and a Private Client Service Associate, serving as the primary point of contact for HNW clients across banking, lending, and high-net-worth investing, coordinating with Investment Advisors and Trust Advisors, ensuring exceptional onboarding and ongoing client experience, and delivering administrative and analytical support to the team. Responsibilities include client discovery, onboarding, annual client reviews, referrals to Wealth Partners, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating with internal partners (Taxes, Trust, Estate), adhering to regulatory requirements (CIP, AML, FINRA/SEC/OCС rules), and supporting proactive client service and relationship growth. Requires 2+ years of related experience, Series 7/63/65/66 licenses (or ability to acquire), comfort with investments and banking products, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and/or Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of related experience (preferably in the financial industry)
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66 registrations; if hired without licenses, candidate will need to acquire
- Knowledge of investments, banking and credit products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and contact management databases
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines
- Experience in professional services and working with affluent clients
- Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z; eligibility for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS
