Private Client Solutions Senior Accounting Specialist

Job Summary
Collaborate within a specialized team to deliver comprehensive accounting services for multi-generational client needs, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and offering proactive solutions. Oversee and review work of Associates while managing day-to-day accounting operations, including performing bank reconciliations, preparing month-end closings, and reviewing financial statements and tax filings. Provide analysis of accounting data to support high-level advisory services and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency. Train and mentor new team members, coordinate activities to meet client deadlines, and partner with leadership to execute special projects. Requires 3+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
