Job Summary
Arrange and conduct meetings with new and existing clients to establish advice and services, taking instructions and advising on complex matters including wills, succession planning, trusts, and probate. Draft tailored documents, letters, and contracts while instructing barristers for court appearances in disputes. Manage your own varied caseload, ensuring compliance with SRA standards and firm policies, and deliver agreed billing targets. Support the development of Trainee Solicitors and Paralegals while contributing to the Firm's reputation through professional organizations. This hybrid role is based in Leeds or Nottingham for a developing Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4yr PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships within all aspects of the business
- Ability to always exercise discretion and professionalism
- Work diligently and in good faith within the general working practices required of a qualified solicitor
- Ability to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work efficiently on own initiative
