Architect complex transfer plans utilizing wills, irrevocable trusts, charitable vehicles, and advanced tax tools like SLATs, GRATs, and QPRTs while navigating federal estate and gift tax returns. Translate client objectives into carefully crafted instruments including powers of attorney and health care directives, collaborating with accountants, financial advisors, and family offices to develop integrated solutions. Assume near partner-level responsibilities managing multiple sophisticated engagements with limited supervision, providing thoughtful, discreet counsel tailored to long-term family and legacy objectives within a premier Southwest Florida practice.
