Job Summary
Manage affluent consumer and business client relationships by onboarding new deposit accounts, servicing accounts, and processing transactions within assigned authority limits. Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, resolve account discrepancies, and coordinate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution and accurate documentation. Maintain compliance with CIP, KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC regulations while supporting Treasury Management setup and troubleshooting. Escalate complex matters to the Private Client Services Manager and uphold strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of new accounts Experience
- 3 years of banking experience
- demonstrated ability to support affluent consumer and business clients
- High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
