Job Summary
Private Client Services and Deed Specialist Attorney to handle transactions involving transfer and acquisition of real and personal property in estate planning. Requires at least 5 years of experience in real property transactions, risk analysis of real estate documents, drafting for tax-efficient structuring, and handling title and survey matters; preparation of formation and authority documents for beneficiaries or acquiring parties. Provides transactional support to Real Estate/Land Use clients and Private Client Services group with potential local counsel review and opinion work. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication required. Washington admission required.
