Job Summary
Private Client Sales Strategy Support Manager, Vice President role focused on identifying and executing client referral opportunities across Chase Retail Branches, Commercial Banking, and Private Banking; design, launch, and measure pilot referral campaigns; build and maintain relationships with partners across lines of business; manage day-to-day execution to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable outcomes; collaborate with stakeholders across the firm; requires strong communication, leadership, and a track record in financial services or sales strategy/business development; responsibilities include establishing scalable referral processes, coordinating with Service and Product owners, implementing controls and reporting for referrals, and overseeing client transfers across Lines of Business.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years in directly relevant fields (i.e., financial services and/or sales strategy/business development) experience with a strong consultative and project management background
- Able to design and operationalize business strategies and processes that can be tracked, measured and that adhere to all applicable controls
- Exceptional communication skills, effective in presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of partnering with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive; takes initiative to identify solutions; executes with a sense of urgency
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to navigate a large, complex organization
- Intellectually curious, client first mindset, team-oriented, and high energy level with passion for driving quantifiable business results
- Experience anticipating and proactively addressing senior management concerns
