Job Summary
As a Private Client Relationship Associate, you will execute a range of client requests and maintain proactive account administration. You will partner with Client Service Advisors and key internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive service to clients, manage cash activities, onboard new accounts, prepare investment-related documents, maintain CRM records, and handle ad hoc client projects. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, strong detail orientation, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of client service experience in the financial industry are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years financial industry or client service experience preferred
- Proficiency with M.S. Office suite including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized work style; detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to meet client demands
- Collaborative team-player; self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrates tact, discretion and good judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in leveraging systems and processes to execute activities with accuracy and efficiency
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Eager to contribute and learn, ask questions and provide solutions
- Ability to work in the Baltimore office location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with trust administration and/or client account documentation
