Job Summary
Lead business analysis and process design for JPMorgan Private Client by owning the creation of business processes and controls to maintain compliance, managing smaller projects, establishing relationships with workstream leads and stakeholders, and producing reporting to support business initiatives. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, identifies root causes of control gaps, analyzes KRI/KPI data, and develops ad-hoc reports to advance Private Client programs within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of project management and process design experience
