Job Summary
Hybrid role based in Austin, TX with periodic remote work. The Private Client Personal Lines Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-value personal lines clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and proactively manage insurance needs. Responsibilities include policy reviews, renewals, handling inquiries, coordinating with carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying cross-selling and rounding opportunities, and ensuring an outstanding client experience. Proficiency in account management and customer service, knowledge of personal insurance products, understanding of general insurance principles, effective communication and problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and relevant licensing are required. Familiarity with Vertafore/AMS360 is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Insurance certification or licensing (e.g., Property & Casualty License) is a required
