Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of 30+ licensed Private Client Relationship Managers across a broad geography, inspiring them to achieve business results and customer experience goals. Proactively engage the team through regular communications and coaching on the Citizens Consultative Client Engagement Process to drive sales conversion and financial performance. Identify high potentials, recruit top talent, and build bench strength while serving as a subject matter expert on complex banking strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Wealth, Consumer, and Private Client teams to influence strategy on growth, profitability, and multiyear planning. Conduct supervisory duties, manage risk escalations, and develop recommendations to drive the future success of Citizens Private Client. Work M-F with some travel required; salary range $162,000 - $211,000 per year plus discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in leadership capacity
- Knowledge of banking and wealth management products and services
- Proven track record of Recruiting, Leading, Motivating and Coaching a team of Registered Reps/Licensed Relationship Managers or Licensed Bankers
- FINRA licenses required: Series 7, 24, 65/63 or 66
- State insurance license required
- some travel required
