Job Summary
Vice President in Affluent Banking Product Management leads growth initiatives across Chase Private Client and JPMorgan Private Client, partnering with sales and marketing to optimize leads, client assignments, and cross-channel journeys; develops and executes internal and third-party capabilities to deepen wealth-management offerings; collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client and banker experiences and to accelerate growth; the role requires 7+ years in product, sales strategy, or business leadership in financial services, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance (MBA preferred), and strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to navigate a fast-paced, ambiguity-filled environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product, sales strategy, or business leadership in financial services
- Proven track record delivering growth and business performance in retail banking or wealth management
- Strong sales orientation and ability to drive execution with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
