Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Worcester Branch: acts as primary contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationship with an advice-based approach, collaborating with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists, driving growth through referrals and cross-selling, and enabling client access to self-service options 24/7 while adhering to regulatory banking requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days of starting
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team orientation with a commitment of long-term career with the firm
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses or successful completion within 180 days

- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act compliance
- NMLS registration understanding
