Job Summary

Deliver attentive, friendly service to affluent clients while managing their complete banking relationships through an advice-based approach. Actively solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to acquire new clients and generate growth in balances. Recommend the best products and services by leveraging technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs, and collaborate with team experts for specialized financial needs. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements including the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act. Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. This role is part of a branch building project in Frederick, Maryland.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales experience with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
  • National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008

  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
  • Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
  • College degree or military equivalent
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with affluent clients
