Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Seattle (Westlake Ave and 6th Ave Branch) builds enduring banking relationships with affluent clients, providing education and advice to meet financial needs. Responsibilities include managing client relationships with an advice-based approach, partnering with Specialists to connect clients to expertise, and enabling convenient access to self-service options (24/7). Requires 1+ year of branch banking experience, SIE/Series 6/7 and state licenses (or completion within 180 days), and adherence to regulatory banking requirements. High school degree or equivalent required; college degree or military equivalent preferred. Must work hours including weekends/evenings and be capable of sustained relationship growth with clients. NMLS/Safe Act considerations apply for mortgage-related aspects.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
