Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking at Chase in Lafayette, IN, serving a select group of affluent clients and other customers. Responsible for managing complete banking relationships with an advice-based approach, generating growth in balances, acquiring new clients through referrals, and connecting clients to specialists. Drives client convenience by promoting self-service access and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to address clients' specialized financial needs and to provide best-in-class service.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 6/7
- state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses or must be successfully completed within 180 days of starting the role
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
