Job Summary
Deliver attentive service to affluent clients while managing their complete banking relationships through an advice-based approach. Recommend products and services that align with financial needs, actively solicit referrals, and deepen existing accounts. Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and collaborate with internal experts for specialized financial requirements. Maintain clear, consultative communication to build trust and adhere to all regulatory banking policies and risk parameters. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings to support client acquisition and retention goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales experience with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
