Job Summary
Manage complete banking relationships for Chase's affluent clients using an advice-based approach to generate balance growth and acquire new clients through referrals. Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs while sharing self-service options for 24/7 account access. Cultivate lasting relationships by adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements including Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act compliance. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings to provide education and tailored advice that helps clients make the most of their money.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
