Job Summary
Manage a select group of affluent clients as the main point of contact, utilizing an advice-based approach to generate growth in their balances and ensure they receive the best products and services. Actively solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to acquire new clients while partnering with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs. Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients by setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access and adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
