Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Chicago, IL leads a relationship-focused role serving Chase's affluent clientele. You manage the client banking relationship end-to-end, advise on products and services, collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists, enable 24/7 self-service access, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while pursuing new client growth and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Beginning Oct. 1, 2018, if you are not currently registered, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses are required - or must be successfully completed within 180 days of starting the role
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients
- Strong team orientation with a long-term career with the firm
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration requirements

- Criminal conviction history, credit report, and NMLS information reviewed for regulatory compliance and fitness for the position
