Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking for the Paoli, PA market. You are the main point of contact for Chase’s affluent clients, managing their banking relationship with an advice-based approach, coordinating with Specialists to address specialized financial needs, and helping clients access self-service options 24/7 while complying with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients through referrals, maintaining relationships, and delivering education and advice tailored to customers’ financial needs. Strong communication, relationship-building, and adherence to policies are required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Beginning Oct. 1, 2018, if you are not currently registered, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses are required - or must be successfully completed within 180 days of starting the role
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
