Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service to affluent clients while managing their complete banking relationships through an advice-based approach. Recommend the best products and services for financial needs, actively solicit referrals, and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and connect them to specialized experts for complex financial requirements. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements, including the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act registration. Resolve client issues quickly and effectively while operating within established risk parameters. This role requires working branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales experience with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience in cultivating relationships with affluent clients
