Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking responsible for managing a select group of Chase’s affluent clients. Acts as the main point of contact, delivering proactive relationship management, suggesting suitable products and services, collaborating with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients with experts, and facilitating self-service options to access accounts 24/7. Upholds policy and regulatory banking requirements while pursuing growth in client balances through referrals and internal/external networks. Role emphasizes relationship-building, education/advice tailored to client needs, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam or equivalent
- FINRA Series 6/7 (or ability to obtain within 180 days of starting the role)
- state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act compliance
- NMLS registration under SAFE Act of 2008 (as applicable)
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) requirements
- compliance with regulatory banking requirements
- ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
