Job Summary

Deliver attentive, friendly service to affluent clients while managing their complete banking relationship through an advice-based approach. Recommend the best products and services by asking questions, listening to understand needs, and anticipating requirements. Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and website to support their banking needs. Acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources. Collaborate with team experts to address specialized financial needs while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. This role requires 1+ year of branch banking or financial services sales experience, proficiency in resolving client issues, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Candidates must hold or obtain the SIE, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales experience with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
  • The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
  • National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008

  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
  • Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
  • Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
  • College degree or military equivalent
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with affluent clients
  • Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
