Job Summary
Manage complete banking relationships for Chase's affluent clients using an advice-based approach to generate balance growth and acquire new clients through referrals. Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients, partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs, and set up self-service options for 24/7 account access. Adhere strictly to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements including Dodd Frank, Truth in Lending Act, and SAFE Act registration. Requires 1+ year of Branch Banking experience, new client acquisition success, and specific licenses (SIE, Series 6/7, Life) completed within 180 days of start. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
