Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking serves a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationship with an advice-based approach. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients through referrals, collaborating with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers with experts, promoting self-service options, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Requires relationship-building success in financial services, and licensure requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations, Life licenses) with a High School diploma or GED. Role involves working in-branch hours including weekends/evenings and pursuing ongoing regulatory and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

- Criminal conviction history, credit history review through NMLS, and any other information relevant to determination of financial responsibility and fitness for the position; felony convictions within the last seven years will disqualify from consideration
