Job Summary
Manage affluent clients as the primary point of contact, utilizing an advice-based approach to generate growth in balances and share Chase Private Client value. Actively solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to acquire new clients, while partnering with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs. Enhance client convenience by setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. Requires 1+ year of Branch Banking experience, relevant licenses, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
