Private Client Banker in Branch Banking at JPMorgan Chase in Saint Helena, CA, serves as the main contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their banking relationships with an advice-based approach, coordinating with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to provide tailored financial solutions, facilitating access to self-service options, and driving client referrals while ensuring adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses are required or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- College degree or military equivalent (preferred)
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients
- Strong team orientation with a long-term career commitment with the firm
